Hi, I thought I would take a few minutes to send you a review. Feel free to use it if you like. Last year when my aunt passed away, the burden of settling her estate and selling her home was put on my shoulders. We knew the house needed a lot of work, and one of the main things was the cracks in the foundation. After getting a couple of quotes that were way beyond what we could afford, my husband contacted Ridgeback. Not only did the guys do an amazing job in repairing the basement, they did it at a price that we were beyond pleased with. The work was done quickly and with very little mess in spite of what had to be done. Every time I watch the TV commercial I think back to how grateful I am to have been put in touch with them. Their transferable warranty gave us the peace of mind we needed to put the house on the market and it sold quickly, which I attribute in large part to the guarantee that's offered. I know it has only been 2 days, but I thought you would like to know that the basement is nice and dry, and so far I am delighted.  The workers were efficient, patient, and did a nice job cleaning up behind themselves. 

All parties I've dealt with from your company were a pleasure to work with, the gentlemen (Sidney and Mitchell) that came to do the work were incredible, very VERY efficient, smart, and pleasant, just a joy to have on the property.

I just want to add that I’m glad we are going with this system and your company.  It all makes much better sense to implement the solution from the inside, rather than the outside.  Thank you for all the great information.  It gave us the knowledge to move forward with our final decision

Previous owner had sump pump installed by Ridgeback. Been following up since (2 years) with Ridgeback for service. All is well so far. I hope it stays that way, easier for all of us. Great job by Bryan at my home, clear and thorough information throughout. Everything was clean when he left. No complaints. Holly's awesome. Easy communication, good follow-up.

Sorry be so slow replying to your email. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Our basement is dry and tidy once again. Sidney and his partner were fantastic. The only thing left to do is to put the drain in the ground when the weather allows.  Thank you again.

Thanks for the great job at our house.  The crew were very pleasant and efficient. I paid Chris before he left. After moving from Fall River I lost a double garage and 2 minibarn and ended up paying $300 a month in storage.  This space is more than needed and now is usable to store bikes, kayak, christmas decorations and winter/summer clothes etc with no need to rent any longer. I took some before and after to show future buyers of what the fondation looked like before so there's no sence that I'm trying to hide anything.

Just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks.  The triple safe pump is in and is running like a charm.  With the warm/cold weather we get, I have to worry about the sump pit all year.  What a relief to have great system to rely on.  The installation guys were excellent.  They were in an out much quicker than I expected.  The area is neat and tidy.  I work in the real estate field and I will certainly be recommending Ridgeback.  Thanks!
