We were able to help this homeowner in their attic where there was obvious ventilation issues and mold began forming. We used out MoldX treatment to kill the existing mold and with proper ventilation the mold should not return.  

This homeowner contacted us as the old sump pump had failed and flooded his entire basement. The homeowner was left with a flooded basement and a sump pump that was broken.
