I have a, you could say a finished 4 ft crawl space, Cement floor, Gyproc walls, plus air exchanger . my well pump is also down there. Problem is temperature is 20 degrees C and a humidity in summer of 80+ % Regular dehumidifiers don't seem to last so I was interested in a quote for a Sani Dry dehumidifier with installation.

Trouble in our crawl space. We are in a split level home and had a heat pump installed 4 years ago. When they brought the electrical in to the house from the unit outside they drilled through the foundation. Bad move.....we now get water through that hole whenever we get very heavy rain and sometimes heavy snow accumulation and melts with warmer temps. Not a good mix, water and electric. We have had the company who installed the heat pump out several times to try and seal the hole with no long term success!
