Mold Treatment- Cole Harbour, NS

This home in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia was having some ventilation issues that eventually led to mold within the attic of the home. The homeowner knew the importance of getting the mold treated as it can lead to further health issues. He reached out to us at Ridgeback Basement systems to get more information and a free quote on resolving the issue. 

Solution

Although we are All Things Basementy, we want to help customers any way possible. Jake suggested our MoldX mold treatment spay to kill the existing mold that was in the attic, although he stressed the importance of proper ventilation to reduce the change of reassurance. MoldX is a two-part spray applied directly to the affected area. The first application cleans the contaminated surface, the second will help prevent the mold from recurring on the surface. 

With the MoldX we were able to remove and clean the mold that was present in the home's attic, and now the homeowner can focus on proper ventilation to reduce the change that the mold will reoccur.
