Crawlspace Support Beams- Belfast, PEI
Challenge
Mark was experiencing major floor sagging under his home due to the wooden support beans in his crawlspace rotting, as well as not being properly placed to support the weight of the home. His floor tile was starting to crack and he could feel the bounciness of the floor. He contacted Ridgeback Basement Systems for their expertise and a solution.
Solution
Our Sales Specialist, Gerard MacKinnon went into the home and made a perceive observation for solution. His quote entailed installing SmartJack Support beams into the crawlspace to replace the pre-existing, rotting wooden supports. Due tot the rotting wood, it was evident there was extensive amount of moisture, so he also suggested a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to remove the moisture and prevent any further rotting of wood.
Our Forman's, Patrick and Justin installed the SmartJacks, Sedona and Cleanspace encapsulation, another product to eliminate the moisture.
