Sagging Floors- Greenfield, NS

Challenge

Our client Carl had a foundation problem in his home.  The floors needed to be supported because the support columns in the crawl space were sagging. This lack of support can lead to extensive, and potentially perinate issues if not fixed early on. 

In order to find a definitive solution, our client did some research on the internet, found Ridgeback Basement Systems and decided to call us and get a primate fix. 

Solution

In order to solve the problem definitively, we installed 8 Smartjacks to support the floor of the home. The SmartJack system is a patented Ridgeback Basement support beam that is made of galvanized steel. It effectively lifts and supports the support beams of the homes that have a crawl space.

Thanks to these solutions, our client benenfits from a home with a restored floor.
