Then I rec'd your glossy literature pkg and again said to myself (this is impressive but appeared very expensive)

I was impressed first of all with the pleasant reception I rec'd  from your office receptionist , then just as impressed with your salesman. Your service team was  very professional and I was especially pleased with the service foreman.
