Solution

A System Design Specialist was able to visit the home and perform a full inspection and provide the homeowners with a FREE, no obligation quote on installing a full waterproofing system. Our Production Team then went to the home to install our TripleSafe™ sump pump system. Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ provides three levels of protection for your basement. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump® battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. From there the system will discharge any water entering the sump pump to the exterior of the home passing through our patented IceGuard® system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. Pairing the  TripleSafe™ sump pump system with our WaterGuard™ Drainage system, we ensured the water coming in from the wall floor joint was captured and sent to the TripleSafe™ for discharge.
