A customer in Truro reached out to us, as she had a large, ugly, leaking crack in a very visible spot. This is something that needed to be addressed as it would affect her selling price. Our sales inspector met with the homeowner and inspected in crack, and surrounding area. There was no missing this crack, but nothing we couldnt handle.
Solution
Our production team came in and worked their magic. Installing our three-part FlexiSpan crack repair system. A polyurethane sealant is injected into the crack to form a durable, flexible seal. Then its applied on top of the wall for even more protection. A Triple safe was installed to direct any additional water to the pump, and discharge it away from the home.
The customer is pleased the leak is gone, and ready to list for full value.
