We had a few differences towards the end of the installation but the professionalism came through and we sorted it out.
Holly always got back to us soon and never left us hanging. She was easy to talk to and accommodating.
We had to intervene a few times to make sure that our vision for the fix was accomplished. Overall they were hardworking and respectful.
What made you choose our company:
We bought an older classic NS home. It needed extensive work on the basement. We knew we'd need professionals who have experience with these older homes with wet and crumbling basements and structural problems. We chose Ridgeback because they were the only company we spoke to who didn't suggest lifting the house to do the repairs. Their sales rep was honest and accommodating and willing to work things out with us.
