Our Overall Service
Overall everything was great. We did have a delay with schedule. We have a sump and waterguard installed. Turned out the sump back flowed into washer drain which we didn't realize until after the team left. They came back the next morning to fix everything and clean up the back flow mess. We have some different pipe patterns which contributed to this issue. I am sure the team learned from this experience so will better prepared the next time they confront a similar project.
