noone is perfect, so I never give a 5 score.. so 4 score is the best I can give. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
Amanda was a great person to talk to during setting up of this job. There were delays due to other trades not being ready. Her assistance in changing dates was really appreciated.
Only saw John the one time when he came to give the estimate, and found him personable, and trustworthy.
The fellows you sent were the happiest people I have EVER met.
There was nothing I had to go back and clean up after they left.
What made you choose our company:
I had the same job done in Victoria BC 3 years ago to my crawl space. We were so pleased with the results, that when we moved to Nova Scotia, and found Basement Systems available here.. it was a no-brainer for me..
