Crack Repair- Brookside, NS

Challenge

Our customer had a crack on their foundation wall, that was covered with wall finishing. The extent of the leak was unknown at the time, but after removing the finishing products the efflorescence on the walls is an indicator that it has been an extended period of time. The home had a poured concrete foundation, and the customer wanted repairs made immediately so that they could finish their basement and utilize same as prior to leak.

Solution

Our crews removed the builder's insulation and 2x3 framing and installed our Flexispan Wall Crack Repair System (with a 25 year warranty). Now our customer can finish the basement and not have to worry about the potential damage to new floors and walls.
