Challenge

Bob was in need of some assistance with water issues in his basement. The mildew smell along with stagnant water was causing the entire home to smell. This was a main concern for Bob and his family. He began his search for someone who could assist them. After  having a few different companies in, he ultimately chose to go with the pros at Ridgeback Basement Systems.

Solution

Our sales specialist Gerard came in and completed his initial inspection. It was evident that Bob needed a SumpPump, and after discussing the options , he chose the best of the best, the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump has 3 pumps inside the cavity, to discharge any water that comes into the pump cavity. This was a great option for Bob, as he had significant ground water. Bob was also interested in an encapsulation on the ground of his basement, as it is dirt, causing moisture and more smells. We installed out CleanSpace and Drainage matting on the basement ground. 

With the install of these products, we checks all of Bobs boxes. Now he and his family can enjoy a dry home with no more smells.
