Supplemental Support- Tabusintac, NB
Challenge
This Mirimichi, NB home was inherited home and holds sentimental value for these homeowners. It is important that they begin to fix it up, to ensure the home stands for years to come. When going into the basement, the family realized that they were in dire need of supports to hold up the home. As it is so old, the pre-existing supports were rotting and not properly spaced for secure support. The homeowners began their search for a creditable company that would rectify the support of their home.
Solution
The homeowners stumbled upon Ridgeback Basement Systems after online research and reached out to us for a FREE estimate and quote. They were set up for an inspection with our Sales Specialist, Jake Barter. Jake completed a thorough inspection and the list was very lengthy to get the home to a warm, efficient, supportive, dry basement. With many suggestions, the homeowners wanted to focus on the most important, being the support of the home. Our foreman went in and completed the job. Installing 6 SmartJacks and 24 Supplemental beams. With the install of these product, we were able to remove all sagging that was occuring, as well as actually raise the home. This was a great job with tons of potential for further work with our company.
