These loyal customers contacted us after they moved into a new home. They were having major water issues in their basement. There was a sump pump in a hole in the basement, but it was not strong enough to withhold the water intake that was needed, resulting in a very wet, damp, smelly basement. With other expenses having them tied up financially, they were still desperate for a quick fix, they knew would last.
Solution
Our sales specialist, Gerard MacKinnon was able to give the customers a solution to get the puddle of water removed from their basement, by installing a new sump pump, a SuperSump. Our patented SuperSump contains a Zoeller M53 1/3HP pump which is designed to relieve sub floor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. This system was great for these homeowners and now they can have piece of mind regarding their basement.
