Challenge

Scott reached out to Ridgeback Basement Systems as he wanted to improve the energy efficiency, warmth, and comfort of his home. Under his home set a crawlspace with dominate wind chill penetrating into the crawlspace and often times freezing the pipes. Not only was he faced with freezing pipes, but the floors of his home would become very cold. 

Solution

Basement Systems delivered on all counts. The crawlspace, once cold and breezy was transformed into a clean, bright and warm area. The gravel floor crawlspace was covered with CleanSpace encapsulation system. This encapsulation separated the ground floor from the home, which was permanently held in place and sealed for no future issues. Scott can now enjoy his warmer home, paying less for heating.
