This homeowner in Boisdale, Nova Scotia  contacted us after noticing that their home started to have water seepage. In search of the best solution to address their concern, and protect their homes integrity, the homeowners contacted the experts at Ridgeback Basement systems. 

Solution

A System Design Specialist was able to visit the homeowner, assess the basement, and provide a FREE, no obligation quote, designed specific to address all their concerns. For this situation, a TripleSafe Sump pump system was installed. This is the top of line, 3-pump system that ensures water discharge within a home. Having a 3-pump system ensures there will not be a flood if there is a pump failure, as there are two others to step in. This sump pump can discharge 6200 gallons of water p[er hour. A TripleSafe also has a battery operated bask-up pump, so there is no more worry during storms where the power goes out. Paired with the install of the TripleSafe, WaterGuard perimeter system was also installed. This is to catch any water seepage that enters the home and immediately flows to the pump, which is then discharged to the exterior of the home.
