This homeowner attempted to do his own crawlspace encapsulation but it did not hold like he was hoping. He contacted Ridgeback Basement Systems to get a full inspection and estimate on addressing the encapsulation issues he was facing 

Solution

Our sales specialist, Gerard completed an inspection and explained the important of having a SaniDry in an area where an encapsulation is taking place. If there is no Sedona, the moist air ultimately gets trapped in the crawlspace and creates moisture. 

The homeowner decided to take Gerard's suggestions and installed a SaniDry Sedona as well as encapsulating the whole crawlspace with out Cleanspace product.
