Challenge

The amount of water coming into the home was alarming on many counts. He was in dire need of a solution that wasn't going to cost more than the value of the home and was more than just a "quick fix". There were several inches of water sitting on the basement floor and there was no signs of water seepge stopping without a solution. After much consideration, Kris finally reached out to some companies for prices, and recieved the most promising from Ridgeback Basement Systems, and ultametly got out production team in there to save the day. 

Solution

During the inspection process, our Sales Specialist Gerard MacKinnon knew exactly what this space needed- The Big 3. The Big 3 consists of a full waterproofing system, including a full perimeter WaterGuard system, a TripleSafe pump, with a battery back-up system and a Sani-Dry Sedona. The Sedona was very important for removing the moisture that has been in the basement for some time. These 3 products together complete The Big 3, and ensure a space is 100% waterproofed. On top of those products, Kris decided to insulate the area with out waterproof, insulated panels. Installing these products resulted in a dry, warm and now usable basement.
