Challenge
A low income housing company reached out to us because of the nasty crawlspace that was under the base of the home. Over the years, the crawlspace continued to get worse and worse. The dirt floor was very damp and would flood in any bit of rain. The space was ultimately unusable due to the conditions. It became very clear that they would deal with this crawlspace once and for all.
Solution
Ridgeback Basement Systems delivered on all counts. The crawlspace, once a damp, musty and dirty space was transformed into a clean, dry and warm area and the water seepage issues were completely resolved. The floor was leveled and the Basement Systems patented CleanSpace Crawlspace encapsulation was installed. A sump pump along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to elevate that dampness.
