A New Glasgow homeowner contacted us in regards to a leaking crack in their basement foundation. Cracks in foundation walls are are common due to soil settlement around and under the home. In search for a solution, the homeowners contacted us for expert advice.
Solution
An appointment was arranged for one of our System Design Specialists to visit the home, assess the situation and provide the homeowners with a FREE, no obligation quote. The foundation crack was then repaired by our Production Team utilizing our Flexispan wall repair system.
This is a three-step foundation crack repair, that begins with the application of a flexible sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible porous foam is installed over the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam.
This homeowner is now relieved that they contacted us and their foundation crack repair is done!
